That’s where I come in. Working with me one-on-one is high-touch and highly personalized. Together we will hone your vision, and focus on four pillars – Soul, Self, Strategy, and Skill – to help you grow a more joy-full, self-led business that makes the impact you crave.

Soul

‍How do you take care of your energy, mind, body, and soul as you embark on your business mission? What lights your fire? What drains you? On our journey, we’ll continually check-in to make sure we are taking care of ALL of you. After all, you can’t be in service of others if you aren’t first in service of yourself.

Self

‍What makes you YOU? We’ll take a compassionate and curious approach to getting to know who you are and how you best do things. We’ll explore your strengths and gifts, and how can you leverage them more. We’ll get to know what parts of you show up in your business and as a leader and what parts you stuff down or try to get rid of. We’ll get curious about how your mind works, and how can you work with it, rather than against it. We’ll uncover the blindspots, limiting beliefs, fears, and unconscious patterns that slow you down. And we’ll tap into your deepest motivations and desires, and discover the superpowers that only you bring to the table.

Strategy

‍‍What do you need to do in order to bring your vision into life? I’m not here to give you a map. Instead, we’ll work together to develop your own, testing and implementing different approaches along the way.

Skills

‍What skills, tools, and knowledge do you already have, and what do you need to learn in order to make your business fly higher? Some skills I can teach or help you refine. You will need to learn some skills from others. In those cases, I’ll equip you with strategies and tools for finding the right people to learn from.

What is it like to work with me?

It’s important to me that my clients feel safe and able to open up to me. I believe everyone is a badass and everyone is a beautifully messy human. There is no judgment coming from me whatsoever. I will show up to work with and support you 100%.

But I won’t be here to please you. I will be curious and compassionate, but I will also call you on your BS stories. I will tell you truths that no one else does. I will challenge you to think creatively and outside of the box, expanding beyond the constraints of your current reality.

I will push you to do and to be more than you ever thought possible. That’s because I know you’re smart, ambitious, and more powerful than you think you are. I know that you can create anything you want in your life.

How will we work together?

My coaching is not for everyone. I work with only a handful of 1:1 clients at a time. My minimum agreement is six months, but many clients work with me for a year or more. Our time together is high touch and highly personalized to you and your specific goals.

Fees are highly personalized as well, ranging from $8k-28k.

You must be ready to invest more than money. Our journey will require commitment, energy, patience, humor, a sense of play, and a willingness to break some rules.
