Shift-Starting is an Infinite Game

Are you thinking about your long game? It’s easy to get stuck thinking that the problem directly in front of you is all you need to focus on. Instead of worrying about the immediate wins and losses, shift your focus on collecting wins over time. Playing the long-term game can help you feel liberated without the pressure to succeed and make you more comfortable with taking risks.

In this episode, I explain the concept of long-term and infinite games. I provide examples of different kinds of long-term games from my mentors, friends, and my own life. I talk about how infinite games can help take off the pressure of starting a business and trying to grow. I also ask you some questions to help figure out what infinite games you need to work on.
